Maintenance Planning Scheduling Specialist ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC Position description: The Maintenance Planning Specialist is responsible for maintenance planning, facilitating and coordinating the Corrective and Preventative maintenance process. This person will manage the CMMS pertaining to preventive and corrective maintenance activities. They will assist the Maintenance Team during unplanned maintenance situations. Job duties: * Manage planned repairs and projects, Facilitate and/or lead discussions with all ZF Maintenance and Production teams. * Review and track the total maintenance plan with SAP tools, engineering teams and supervisors. * Maintain work ticket backlog and conduct backlog meeting weekly. * Conduct planning/scheduling meeting with maintenance and production supervisors weekly. * Assign planned work to all Maintenance Teams / Supervisors with intent of leveling work load. * Schedule maintenance work tickets in accordance with priorities discussed in planning/scheduling meeting.
