GENERAL SUMMARY Under general supervision, supervises and directs the activities of evaluation unit ensuring quality services and care are provided to clients within budgetary limits and established regulations, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Supervises and directs evaluation staff including scheduling. * Participates in service planning, including identifying and addressing trends, addressing issues with existing services, developing new procedures, and assisting with unit planning. * Participates in monitoring the effectiveness, including collecting and reporting various data. * Ensures activities adhere to various applicable licensure and credentialing standards and participates in licensure and other review activities. * Identifies staff training needs and develops and implements corresponding training programs.
