POSITION DESCRIPTIONAinsworth Pet Nutrition Title: Warehouse I Operator Reports To: Shift Supervisor Overall Focus: Executes daily and weekly workload plans to accomplish established tasks provided by warehouse Shift Supervisors and or other warehouse management FLSA Designation: Hourly Non- Exempt MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Executes daily and weekly workload plans to accomplish established tasks provided by warehouse Shift Supervisors and or other warehouse management Maintains constant communication with other warehouse and Shift Supervisors Execute established training plans to make operators multi functional Adhere to required expectations developed by Shift Supervisors Audits the work of those reporting to you for both training and adherence to set standards Ensures products meet specifications prior to permission of shipment to our customers Strive to achieve team productivity measurements while maintaining a high-level of focus to quality Keep work zones in an audit ready manner
