Description: Full-time; Cooper Aerobics. The Human Resources Coordinator assists the HR Department in its operations across campus. This role is the primary administrative support for the HR team, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Performs customer service functions by answering teammate requests and questions * Maintains teammate records to include filing, as well as the maintenance and audit of I-9 files * Assists with the recruitment and interview process by completing phone screens, scheduling in-person or Skype interviews, conducting employment and reference checks and managing experience investigation process * Assists with the benefits process including benefits on-boarding, bill reconciliation, audits and payment * Processes all changes in HRIS system; runs reports as necessary * Coordinates/tracks training class schedules and other teammate events * Processes
