User Experience Designer - (Harrisonburg, VA)

Summary of Position Work full time in a highly collaborative environment with other skilled software professionals to deliver clients exceptional software and tools to help them improve the way they do business. You will be designing really great user experiences, working side by side with product managers other UX designers, software architects and developers as they take your vision and specific interaction design details, and build world-class custom software products. You need to be an enthusiastic team member who looks out for others, provides guidance, and readily shares knowledge with the team. Principal Responsibilities: Lead and participate in meetings, discussions, and other analysis efforts with a core project team to completely understand the user stories and business strategies that will make the project successful.
