Respond to all incoming Live Chat Sessions Respond to Chat - Click to Talk Calls Reply to all relevant emails sent to the Web Support Mailbox (Webmaster) Answer and respond to all Web Support (#800) calls Process all INT/iBUY orders that error out from Order Bridge, ensuring same day order entry Provide excellent customer service to resolve any and all discrepancies INT/iBuy Order? Respond to Community (Evolving Mailbox) requests Timely communication of system issues to Management, GIS & eCommerce Effective teaming with eCommerce, CDB, GIS & Sales Teams Qualifications:
