Test Wafer Engineer - (Ballston Spa, NY)

. Superior Group is seeking a Test Wafer Engineer for a client in Malta, New York. You will oversee and influence module test wafer (TW) consumption, balancing goals of minimizing test wafer spend while maintaining TW availability throughout the fab. Work with AME modules, PEC, and, factory automation (RTD) to understand and modify TW flows to ensure smooth movement of TW’s throughout the FAB. You will minimize negative impact of TWs in factory, wafer volumes, and FOUP usage. Responsibilities: Understand each AME modules TW needs and act as resource for advising TW set-up. Develop module TW budget in line with factory targets. Track & Publish module TW spend and usage KPI’s (daily/weekly). Perform root cause analysis on drivers of overspend or usage Develop & implement projects to reduce TW spend or improve availability without impacting tool up-time. Schedule cadence meetings with modules to align/ & drive on improvement projects. Instigate and lead TW process improvements & BKM’s
