Quality Program Change Management Director - (Wilmington, MA)

The primary purpose of this job is to function as a leadership role in ensuring the successful implementation of significant enterprise-wide initiatives within the QA/RA function, working closely with the QA/RA SLT member responsible for a given initiative while driving a common approach across all strategic QA/RA initiatives. Initiatives are of significant complexity, impact locations throughout the organization, and require full adoption and execution by all locations to be successful. Assignments include assuring user adoption, adherence to standardized policies and procedures, and fully leveraging Integer enterprise systems. The incumbent will execute ongoing global change management, project management and frequent communication to all stakeholders for the duration of these programs. This job requires strong time management, communication and project management ability, as well as managing effective relationships between project teams and Integer's internal/external stakeholder groups.
