Flight Operations Manager Implement and execute within the instructor force approved employee performance metrics (annual reviews, performance goal setting and achievement, progressive discipline if required). MIN QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor certificates with multiengine and instrument ratings. Assistant chief flight instructorqualifications required as detailed in fourteen CFR Part 141.36.
