Welder - (Hicksville, OH)

Job description: Welding on Structural Steel utility and telecommunication towers. Perform various duties in order to meet required production standards and on time delivery qualifications, while complying with all required safety policies. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Weld together components, as specified by work instruction for each job, using gas metal, arc-welding equipment. Inspect welds to tack sizes and other specifications. May repair broken or cracked parts and fill holes. Keep work area, machinery, equipment, and control panels clean and organized. Actively look for methods to improve production. Use all personal protective equipment required, follows all safety/environmental procedures, and does not by-pass any safety devices. Train new employees on job functions and work situations. Other duties as assigned, directed, requested, or needed. Education, Background, & Skill Qualifications: High-school certificate, or equivalent
