POSITION: Real Estate Assistant Maintenance Mechanic JOB NUMBER: 1459 DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: American Tobacco – Property Management Maintenance DESCRIPTION: Person needed to perform a wide variety of maintenance functions required to maintain the physical plant of the American Tobacco Facility. Duties include: Operate hi-lift and trash compactors. Maintain shopping center vehicle fleet. Complete assigned maintenance repairs on building needs including but not limited to: Painting Drywall repair Carpentry Masonry Doors and hardware Office fixture installations and moves Small electrical repairs Other trade supports as needed Develop a skill level in at least 1 of the above building trades. Assist in emergencies as needed. Perform call-catching responsibilities as assigned. Learn , understand and comply with all fire, safety and other emergency practices.
