Conduct wire modifications to fine pitch printed circuit boards and flex circuits. Expose tracks and pads using scalpel. Solder wires and components to the traces and pads. The repairers must be certified and competent in the use of leaded and lead free solder and microscopes and have recent background of fine pitch solder work. Position qualifications: 4-5 yrs exp. Strong attention to detail required.
