General Maintenance & HVAC Technician - (Plainsboro, NJ)

Currently, we are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our Corporate Solutions team in Plainsboro, NJ. Job summary This position performs general maintenance on all facets of facility equipment and infrastructure to include the following: mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls), temperature control systems, fire/life safety alarm and suppression systems. Required functions Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Maintains service documentation via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Communicates with customers, management, colleagues, regarding issues, project completion timelines and workload priorities. Performs all facility equipment repairs. Maintains tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition. Acts as a resource for all partners in equipment and service maintenance. Applicant must be willing to work in a multi-skilled team environment.
