Bilingual CSR - (Hartland, WI)
This person will be supporting operations in Mexico. This person must be fully multilingual Spanish. They'll be responsible for maintaining customer service for all incoming calls from the Mexico location and assisting outbound calls to their Mexico location. They will also handle shipment issues, entering orders, price quotes, troubleshooting, and any other inquiries. There is a more technical team they could refer complex questions to, but they will be the initial point of contact. Top Must Haves: 1. Fully Bi-lingual Spanish 2.
