Health Educator - (Lexington, KY)

HMR Weight Management Services Corp, a subsidiary of the global healthcare company Merck, provides comprehensive evidence-based weight management interventions for employers, hospitals, medical groups, health plans, and direct to patients. HMRs weight management interventions combine a structured diet, behavioral coaching and monitoring, and physical activity to achieve clinically meaningful weight loss that can help reduce the risks of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. We are currently seeking a full-time Health Educator to join our dynamic clinic team located at the HMR Program for Weight Management and in cooperation with the University of Kentucky. This position includes facilitating weight management groups and weekly phone follow-up in a highly supportive, team oriented environment.
