Shipping/Receiving Associate - (Indianapolis, IN)

Applicants will have a pick list or tablet that tells them the quantity, item #, and location of parts that need to be picked. This person will get the parts and put them on a cart or pallet and once the order is completely picked, will take the pallet over to the packers to get loaded on the trucks. Stagers will eventually learn packing after 2-3 mnths but will start in staging. Packing is weighing, labeling, and combining smaller boxes into large ones to be shipped. Applicants will be doing a lot of bending, lifting, walking, etc. and need to be comfortable with this. May get warm/cold depending on the temp outside. About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
