Established Restaurant Company looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team. Assignments include: Build management by hiring, training and developing employees. Establishing and reviewing performance targets in employee satisfaction, customer service and margin improvement Maintaining workplace standards in food safety, product and facility specifications Respond to guest service needs and demonstrate appropriate decision making skills. Hold management accountable and take appropriate action when needed. Introducing and reinforcing new products and initiatives Coach your team to identify and develop strategies to ensure customer expectations are being met. Analyze the financial performance of your area, understand trends, and drive sales to maximize profitability. Ensures the management team follows processes and performance goals to drive operational improvement.
