Recruiter / Employment Representative - (La Porte, TX)

System 1 is currently seeking a Recruiter/Employment Representative on a 3 mon contract to hire position located in La Porte, TX. Responsibilities: Source applicants from multiple internal and external pools. Screen applicants to ensure qualification for positions to be filled. Recruit and make contingent offers of employment to applicants who are qualified in a high volume hiring environment. Employment verification (multiple companies). Schedule individuals for processing and orientation. Update the Candidate Tracking System in real time with candidate details and interactions. Generate and provide reports to internal and external customers. Conduct exit interviews. Develop and implement redeployment plans and communication. Attend job fairs and other industry events.
