IT Help Desk / Network Technician The perfect applicant will be responsible for supporting the computer desktop environment by analyzing qualifications, resolving issues, installing desktop hardware and software, and monitoring the internal IT helpdesk. The applicant will also be responsible for the administration of network printers, copiers, servers, and other related network equipment. Responsibilities include daily end user support in conjunction with the implementation of desktop and laptop upgrades and maintenance. This position is being offered with an opportunity for growth and advancement into a system administrator role. Benefits include 401K, medical, dental and vision. Key Duties / Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to help desk requests from end users on a daily basis. Provision equipment for new and existing staff through the setup and administration of 100+ Windows seven and Windows ten desktop and laptop computers.
