Quality Administrative Assistant - (Ponca City, OK)

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating activities for the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management and Clinical Abstracting. Effectively coordinates and processes correspondence, prints and coordinates Quality, Risk Management and other reports for distribution as directed. Types agenda's and minutes for committee meetings, inputs data into the risk management system, pulls medical records, organizes clerical activities and files, produces copies as needed and enters data into software programs. Manages grievance and FPPE processes. Keeps JC readiness documents up to date. Keeps physician quality files up to date. Performs audits for Quality and Safety as needed. Inputs data into quality reports. Assists in organizing monthly meeting qualifications and special projects. Observes professional ethics in maintaining confidential details acquired regarding person, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees of AHPC.
