The role is responsible for managing the achievement of strategic and tactical goals as they pertain to the Change Management, Release Management and Testing. Deploys resources and develops plans and workflows for the successful delivery of strategic goals and initiatives through effective leadership. Anticipates internal or external issues that may impact successful delivery of services and implements timely and effective solutions. Recognized within ITS as a thought leader, providing innovative approaches, processes, and policies that contribute to operational excellence and highest standards of customer service. Provides ITS solutions and services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and care or the overall efficiency of the Health System. Requirements
