Job DescriptionOverview:The HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for assigned client groups. The HR BPs report to the Director, Human Resources located in Clearwater. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:This team will serve Tech Data by deploying HR programs best aligned to meet the needs of their assigned client groups. Deep knowledge of client group needs combined with knowledge of HR services/programs will enable the HR BP to connect the right resources. Through this, the HR Business Partner will maximize performance and human capital development within their assigned client groups.The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary liaison between their client groups and the various HR Centers of Ability (COEs), including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development/Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation, and Benefits.
