Human Resources Business Partner - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Provides ongoing HR support to business leaders and employees while advancing business goals. The HR Business Partner functions as a generalist in a variety of HR activities including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations. The primary focus of this role will be staffing and recruiting and employee relations. The ideal applicant will have a strong experience in full lifecycle recruitment; including the use of a variety of sourcing methods to find applicants who are qualified for various positions. This role will focus particularly on high volume, entry level positions (Production and Technicians). ? Provides staffing support and services by: · Creating and managing requisitions in Candidate Tracking System · Sourcing and screening resumes · Conducting job interviews and employee exit interviews · Drafting and presenting job offers · Initiating on-boarding process ? Works with outside agencies and other HR vendors as necessary
