Quality Coordinator (RN) - (Mooresville, NC)

Clinical Quality Manager for Mooresville & Statesville ambulatory practices. Ensure efficient workflows and consistent approach to clinical policies, procedures, practices, and safety. Manage Clinical outcomes, MU, and quality initiatives as assigned. Developing and fostering relationships with various payers. Work cohesively with clinicians on patient intake and clinical AMR. This role will typically work 4 days a week with occasional travel between offices. The perfect applicant should be available to drive between Mooresville and Statesville periodically. This position will require working periodic late shifts and attending and presenting during meetings after 5:00 p.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for direct support and coordination of quality activities for the physicians and clinical staff in a market or specific practice as it relates to clinical quality.
