Consumer Banking Representative - (Jacksonville, FL)

The Consumer Banking Representative is a call center sales position responsible for promoting EverBank's industry leading banking, lending, and investing products to a diverse national client base. This role primarily performs outbound follow up sales and service calls and is expected to meet sales goals with a solutions driven, client focused approach. KEY FUNCTIONS * Effectively multi-task in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center sales environment to achieve max results while providing outstanding service levels * Make outbound calls (i.e. referrals, sales, service, campaigns, early client engagement, etc.) and take inbound overflow calls as needed (i.e. high call volumes, staffing shortages, etc.) * Assist clients with sales and/or service issues without deferring clients to another team, unless applicable * Build and maintain strong client relationships and promote EverBank's products and services to provide proper financial solutions through needs based sales analysis * Support corporate sales
