Relationship Managers are responsible for establishing relationships and communicating with executive members of bank management with regard to products and services provided by CSI.Functions: Expertise to work in a team environment and be self-motivated. Implement Managed Account Process in all assigned customer banks Manage and facilitate completion of projects and objectives in technology planning efforts Consultative cross-selling of CSI products Serve as Product Planner and Product Specialist in assigned product specialty Serve on committees, core teams, test teams, etc as requested by Product Specialists or as needed Assist with on-site core and ancillary implementations Perform administrative responsibilities and those assigned by Manager Establish and achieve personal training goals and those assigned by Manager Perform conversions of cross sales in assigned banks Serve as knowledge expert for Education ServicesKnowledge
