Assistant Professor of Respiratory Therapy & Program Directo - (Dalton, GA)

Assistant Professor of Respiratory Therapy and Program Director. Master's degree or higher required in Respiratory Care, Education, Health Care or other related position, active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, and current (or eligibility) Georgia and Tennessee State licenses to practice Respiratory Therapy required. The Program Director should have a min of 4yrs' experience as a Registered Therapist, of which at least 2 years should have been spent in clinical respiratory care and preferably, at least 2 yrs in a teaching position in an accredited respiratory care program. Formal teacher training and experience is recommended. Applicants should have extensive knowledge/ experience working in most areas of respiratory care including pediatrics, intensive care, management, training and education. Excellent spoken/written English communication expertise and a commitment to teaching and service excellence.
