QA Biomedical Test Engineer - (Baltimore, MD)

QA Biomedical Test Engineer Responsible for verification and validation of medical instrumentation to industry standards and product specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: -Develop and perform test procedures for verification and validation of medical instrumentation. -Design, document and assist in the manufacture or procurement of test fixtures/test equipment to be used in the execution of test procedures. -Automate test processes to the extent practical. -Conduct environmental testing as required during product testing. -Perform functional verification of product software. -Investigate product non-conformance and recommend appropriate corrective action. -Perform Root Cause Analysis to component level. -Work directly with design engineers to ensure products conform to design specifications. -Provide technical support to Field Service Representatives, Clinical Application Specialists and Sales Representatives. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: -Intermediate Microsoft office suite skills.
