Production Supervisor-Nights - (Faribault, MN)

The Production Supervisor position will lead and direct individuals and groups in a production setting. This position will also be responsible for leading projects, developing work instructions, training teammates, along with auditing and certifying teammates on various tasks. The Production Supervisor will coordinate work assignments, provide coaching and development, drive continuous improvement, and other items beneficial to the success of the team. Responsibilities Production: Lead communication of team performance metrics throughout the organization. Ensure consistent application of policies & procedures, including all applicable SOP s. Responsible for achieving productivity, quality, and safety levels as set for the department. Responsible for ensuring effective schedule execution. Plan ahead to ensure and improve full utilization of resources. Promote quality awareness and correct quality issues.
