Sr Mortgage Operations Mgr - (Lancaster, PA)

Responsible for the oversight and management of the company's residential mortgage operations functions of centralized compliance, processing, closing and construction loan administration. Ensures execution of strategic direction and development of end to end processes by working collaboratively with business teams from all functional areas within FMC and relevant areas of the corporation. Responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of these functions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction in the delivery of mortgage products and services; maintaining and updating existing policies and practices to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Ensures quality, service, production, training and recruitment for operations areas outlined above.
