Software Developer / Programmer (Tableau) Job Opening in Washington, DC For a large financial services client, we are seeking a Tableau Developer, to work on a one year or longer project to re-platform a major system. Responsibilities: Create customized and interactive dashboards using multiple data sources. Take broad requirements and transfer quickly into developed prototypes and working solutions. Develop detailed data mapping and end-to-end process flows. Execute developed code and various test scenarios. Conduct transition and knowledge transfer sessions with various technical partners. Develop and execute Hadoop/ETL/SAS/Tableau code modules for various pilot scenarios.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related position. 3+ years with Tableau desktop and as a server developer creating data visualization dashboards and reports for large datasets (Tableau Report Performance Optimization).
