Senior Help Desk Specialist with Security Clearance - (Augusta, GA)
Archimedes is currently recruiting a Senior Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Ft. Gordon, GA. The selected applicant will p rovide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. The selected applicant must have the following capabilities: Provide Tier I and basic Tier II support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems Ability to work through all types Tier II issues with telephone assist. Ability to independently run an entire remote site with demanding customers in austere locations. Must be able to load cryptographic keys and perform basic troubleshooting on many types of hardware. Assignments include: 1. Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. 2. Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware and software. 3. Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support. 4.
