Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment commonly found in a distribution facility as well as general facility maintenance. Responsible for diagnostics and repairs of mechanical and electrical problems to equipment. Specific tasks include adjustments, installations, fabrications and modifications of equipment to maintain and improve safety and quality of operational conditions or equipment efficiency. Responsible for general building maintenance i.e.: painting, plumbing repair, and basic facility upkeep and repairs. Conveyor and machine diagnostics, repair and maintenance background. Able to operate Powered Industrial Trucks including elevated order pickers. Capable to install, disassemble, repair and relocate warehouse racking. Fluent in using voltage meters, reading electrical / mechanical drawings.
