Engineering Intern - Lexington, KY with Security Clearance - (Lexington, KY)

Lockheed Martin SOF GLSS is seeking an Engineering Intern to support our Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) engineering program. This program is critical to the success of US service men and women deployed throughout the world. Our mission is to rapidly and properly equip the SOF warfighter with the best possible systems and equipment anywhere in the world. As an Engineering Intern, you will work as part of an engineering team based in Lexington, KY. This position will be focused on providing support in the creation and modification of policies and procedures, researching industry standards to verify compliance, assisting in the development of process documentation as well as the creation of engineering design documentation. Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor of science degree program in the field of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Mechanics.
