ASIC/FPGA Engineering Manager with Security Clearance - (Sunnyvale, CA)

Functional leader for ASIC & FPGA engineering organization. Manage between three and 12 ASIC/FPGA engineers supporting various programs and/or projects requiring ASIC/FPGA subject matter experts. Ensure ASIC/FPGA development efforts are completed on time and follow established procedures. Collect, report and analyze ASIC & FPGA development metrics. Participate in the management of R&D efforts for ASIC & FPGA organization. Participate and contribute to LOB staffing qualifications for ASIC & FPGA skills. Apply Full Spectrum leadership principles. Participate and contribute to employee career development and training needs.
