System Integration Engineer, Orlando FL with Security Clearance - (Orlando, FL)

A systems integration and test (I&T) engineer is required for the integration and test of passive RF hardware mounted with a centralized processor in an airborne pod. The objective is to successfully conduct in a flight demonstration on a Lockheed Martin owned aircraft in 2018. The role of the I&T engineer will include developing test plans for component and pod level verification, and flight test coordination. The engineer will be responsible for developing and performing characterization test procedures and calibration testing, as well as installation and flight test support. A Systems Integration Engineer verifies that testable hardware and software modules can be assembled and connected in a manner that achieves the overall system's physical, functional and performance requirements objectives. This responsibility applies to both newly designed developmental items and mature hardware coming off the assembly line.
