Agricultural Engineer or Agricultural Systems Specialist needed in consulting firm outside Hartford. We specialize in agricultural analysis in the New England region. In this role as a specialist, your main duties will entail: - Provide advice on water quality and issues related to pollution management, river control, and ground and surface water resources - Consult with supervisors of food processing or manufacturing plant operations - Conduct educational programs that provide farmers or farm cooperative members with info that can help them improve agricultural productivity - Some work designing structures for crop storage, animal shelter and loading, and animal and crop processing, and supervise their construction Perfect applicant should have at least 5 yrs background performing this type of activity within the New England Agricultural region
