--?---- Summary PenFed is hiring a Research Courier/Support Processor in Alexandria, Virginia.The primary purpose of this job is to efficiently open, sort, distribute incoming mail. The incumbent is also responsible for scanning incoming member documents into the Research and Document Control generic mailboxes for processing. --?---- Key functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the key functions. Scan incoming member documents into the Research and DocControl generic mailboxes for processing using the Kodak i620 scanner and Kodak Capture Pro software applications. Update Bad Addresses using the HOGAN/Penguin systems. Create barcode coversheets for documents that do not have barcodes. Operate manual dolly and/or cart. Perform account maintenance in accordance with policy and procedures.
