Executive: Regional Manager of Education - Hawaii Salt Lake - Honolulu, Hawaii - (Honolulu, HI)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports FMCNAs mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy qualifications. Directly supervises the Education Coordinators, Field System Trainers, and preceptors in their role to provide the inservice needs of the facilities within their assigned geography. Ensures that all programs for new employee orientation, preceptor training, AIM Day (Annual Inservice Marathon Day), Nurses Technical Training (NTT), as well as all clinical services, clinical leadership and UltraCare initiatives comply with FMS standards. Under the direction of the Business Unit Vice President of Training, works to ensure high-quality of care for all FMS patients through competency-based training and development.
