Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team at The Liberty Group! Responsibilities:· Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion· Estimate time and extent of repairs· Perform routine preventive maintenance· Maintain material and supply inventory· Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary· Resolve issues in the areas of AIR CONDITIONING, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status· Expertise to multitask and prioritize.· Snow removal, cleaning of grounds, including common areas.· Performs on-call and after hours emergency services as required.?Requirements:· Previous background in maintenance or other related fields· Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment· Expertise to handle physical workload· Deadline and detail-oriented· At least six months of multi-family background· Valid Driver’s License required· Reliable transportation required· Willing to submit to a
