Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Under limited supervision performs work of routine difficulty related to troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service for all Affinia Healthcare locations. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs, and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties. POSITION QUALIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS Education: Requires Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with courses in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing technical training. Background: Requires a min of 3 (3) years background in building maintenance trade.
