EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FORGE, Inc. is a not for profit, SBA Microloan Intermediary, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) whose mission is to provide low income groups with affordable credit. FORGE, Inc. provides small business loans and development services to a broad range of clients. The Board of Directors has recently approved a strategic plan that includes increasing its lending services to include all of Arkansas. DESCRIPTION: The Executive Director is responsible for leading the organization in all areas including: fund raising, financial management, human resources, marketing, lending operations, program development, small business technical assistance and organizational growth. Position is full time with benefits. REQUIREMENTS:Must be highly motivated, have effective communication abilities, be comfortable with financial statements, have a bachelor's degree and 5 years background in management OR an equivalent combination of education and background.
