Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Investigator - (Hopkinsville, KY)

Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Investigator-- An administrative position within the Office of Institutional Diversity Equity & Access (IDEA) responsible for assisting the Title IX Coordinator with the institutional compliance efforts as required by Title IX, VAWA and Campus SaVE. This position will have principal role for managing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with Title IX investigations and programming. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Investigator will work together with the Title IX Coordinator in planning the investigations, investigating the allegations, instituting interim measures, and manage the case log.-- This position is also responsible for serving as a liaison between other university departments concerning the delivery and tracking of training and informational sessions regarding Title IX and related matters.
