Operations Administrative Assistant We are looking for a full-time individual to support the Operations Manager through completing daily tasks such as: invoice payments, processing orders, and other office functions. They will also be cross trained to cover our Supply Specialist, Dispatch, and Inventory Management when it is necessary. Qualities Necessary: Efficiently be able to use Excel, Microsoft word and other computer software. A quick learner Be able to take notes and be good at following directions Be detail oriented Have an excellent work ethic Have effective communication abilities Be organized.
