Director of Analytics - (Fort Smith, AR)

The responsibilities of the Director of FinancialReporting will include, but not limited to: Directs statistical analysis and reporting including monthly operating and management statistics. Analyzes financial and operational performance compared to national and regional benchmarks for similar business Formulates financial planning activities including annual operating budget preparation. Approves expenses and ensures appropriate approvals are secured according to policy. Provides direction to management as needed in matters that have a financial impact to the organization/division. Oversees internal audit controls for processes in cash balancing. Sets and enforces levels of approval in adjustments and write offs. Requests audits of cash management quarterly or PRN for: posting, refunds, contractual, et cetera through internal audit. Assists Human Resources with budgeting issues related to human capital. Meets monthly with directors/managers on budget variance reports.
