IT Director - (Fort Smith, AR)

Directs clinical systems analysis, design, development, deployment, and support for centralized and decentralized applications in the corporation. Consults and provides coordination of I.S. support to assigned hospital facilities. Assigns personnel within assigned area to various projects and directs their activities. Consults with and advises other sections on all systems and programs. Coordinates with activities of other departments. Prepares activity, performance, progress reports and budget recommendations for assigned area. Leads vendor management. Complies with hospital and department policies and procedures. Develops managers? and individual staff members? professional and computer skills. Develops process, procedure and practice to coordinate and execute work across Group, Corporate IT, and CHS.
