Trainer Supervisor - (Olive Branch, MS)

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization. • Evaluate training needs of the company and plan training programs accordlingly. • Identify and access future and current training needs, and recommend improvements through job analysis, standardize work evaluation and skill level testing, development and training. • Gather data from customer and internal sources and create testing and evaluation processes and communicate/report to appropriate personnel. Interact with syncreon staff within the location and within the Company and all customer and prospective customer representatives. • Provide UAT testing support and advice • Coordinate training activities for all associates new hires; cross training and provide OJT training as a result of development and corrective actions.
