We are hiring for an Electrical Superintendent! About Us We are a turn key electrical contracting company in need of a full time Superintendent with knowledge of all phases of multi-family electrical construction. Responsibilities Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety and best practices. Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule. Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards. Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts. Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors and other trades. Plan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work. Train, manage and evaluate project teammates. Education High-school diploma (or equivalent) Requirements Extensive knowledge of all phases of multi-family electrical construction.
