Job description: Installs and maintains business and residential customer telephone, wiring and internet services, outside plant, and special circuits according to specifications; adheres to all safety practices; diagnose, clears and repairs outside plant facility troubles; performs minor central office tasks; sells and promotes company products and features; uses and understands the tools and test equipment to accomplish the required job objectives; maintains neat and orderly service vehicle; promotes positive company image to the public. Performs other work duties and assignments as directed by supervisor. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
