IASCO Flight Training, The Standard for Professional Pilot Training is seeking applicants for the Assistant Chief Flight Instructor position at their Ellensburg WA location. This person is responsible to the Chief Flight Instructor and Director of Flight Operations for the management, execution and administration of the Central Washington University (CWU) Flight Training Program, the electronic record keeping system, and customer feedback and reporting. Responsible for developing a broad based set of knowledge, background, values, attitudes and flight skills necessary to provide safe, effective, and efficient flight training for airline trainees. Develops and delivers reports for CWU. Develop basic and advanced aviation skills of flight instructors to acquire flight abilities applicable to FAA and all other applicable standards. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND BACKGROUND: 1. Bachelors Degree and approval from CWU Provost; or Masters Degree
